An Exciting New Entrepreneur Exchange Programme Launches In The West Midlands

Posted by SIB on Jul 15, 2009 in News

Coventry University is working with other European agencies to operate an exchange programme for new entrepreneurs, funded by the European Commission. ERASMUS for Young Entrepreneurs is aimed at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing and growing a small or medium sized enterprise by working with an experienced host entrepreneur in another European country for 1 to 6 months.

ERASMUS for Young Entrepreneurs is ideal for you if you want to:

  • Work with a serious, committed and motivated new entrepreneur from another country who contributes with new and fresh ideas

  • Gain access to new skills and innovative knowledge

  • Gain knowledge about foreign markets – including business contacts – and increased opportunities to internationalise your business

  • Improve the growth potential of your enterprise and have an opportunity to establish a new business partnership directly with an entrepreneur from another country

We are currently looking for new entrepreneurs (owners of businesses trading for no more than three years) in the West Midlands area who would be willing to participate in the scheme and share their entrepreneurial experience with an entrepreneur from another country.

For more details or if you are interested in participating as a new entrepreneur, please visit the ERASMUS project website at www.erasmus-entrepreneurs.eu to register your interest.  If you have any further queries please contact Barbara on 024 7623 6001 or email
