These terms and conditions apply to members, users of the website whom have created an account and consumers of any sold products or merchandise. These terms may change from time to time please check the last amended date at the bottom of the page for when the terms where last updated. Any use or purchase of our products is an acceptance of these terms.

Terms of Service/ Membership Cards
The Students in Business Members Card is operated by Coventry University Students in Business Society (Students in Business). When an individual joins the society they will be given or may purchase a Members Card including any event tickets or passes and will become a Card Member of the relevant Scheme.
As a Card Member you will be asked to provide or display your card or 16 digit card number. Failure to do so in these said circumstances will result in your refusal or denial of goods or services.
To participate in any of the relevant Schemes, individuals have to have the designated Card. An individual may either acquire a Card from the Students in Business website or from the University’s Students Union.
You must participate in more that 4 events per year as a Card Holder and attendance of card holders will be monitored and tracked. Failure to participate in the events will result in your removal from the scheme.
The Cards remain the property of Students in Business, and Students in Business is not responsible for any lost or stolen Cards. If a Card is lost or the Card Member thinks an unauthorised person has become aware of any security code, password or account number, he/she should contact the Student in Business Management immediately. Students in Business is not obliged to replace Cards. Replacement Member Cards can be purchased online or at the University Students Union. Students in Business reserves the right to charge Members for replacement Cards and for transferring Card Holder Information.
Card Members may be asked to display their cards at events not managed by Students in Business in order to gain access to the event or to gain access to goods provided by the event management. What constitutes an acceptable affiliated group is additional rules and regulations determined by Students in Business and Students in Business' decision in this regards is final. Card Members may be asked to provide their 16 digit card number to affiliates in return for discounts or other promotional items available.

General Provisions of all Schemes
Students in Business reserves the right, on notifying the Card Member, to immediately suspend or terminate any Card and any account of the Card Member if, in Students in Business' reasonable opinion, that a Card Member: Has breached these Rules; Has behaved fraudulently; Has supplied false or misleading information to Students in Business; or Has been abusive, or offensive to any member of Students in Business’ management or any participating venue's staff.
Students in Business may make changes to these Rules and the Schemes from time to time, and will give Card Members as much notice as it reasonably can of such changes. Any changes or notifications will be published on the Students in Business website and Card Members are advised to check this website for such changes from time to time.
Students in Business may suspend or terminate the Schemes at any time, but it will give as much notice as it reasonably can before it does. In this event all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
Students in Business will only be liable to a Card Member who suffers loss as a direct result of Students in Business’ breach of these rules. These rules will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
The Students in Business Policy on Privacy and Data Protection (which forms part of these Rules) sets out the information that Students in Business will gather on Card Members, how a Card Member uses his/her Card and how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. It is included on certain other materials which Students in Business publishes and which is available from Students in Business.
Students in Business will comply with its Privacy Statement - every Card Member should read it carefully. If a Card Member notifies Students in Business that he/she does not wish to receive marketing information from Students in Business or be contacted by Students in Business for promotional purposes in connection with the Schemes and/or by participating venues Students in Business will comply with such request and pass on any relevant request to participating venues.
If Students in Business sells or transfers the Schemes to another organisation it may transfer all of its rights and obligations under these rules without the Card Member's consent and may disclose or transfer all information it holds about the Card Member to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of the Card Member in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.

Event/ Booking Terms
Upon placing and order for any of our ticketed events you in affect purchasing a product/ service of Students in Business, therefore certain terms may apply as to the return or refund of the product or service.
By purchasing or placing and order for a ticketed event you are reserving a space/ reservation at that event in your name. As spaces or seats may be limited within any event you are required to cancel your ticket at least 12 hours in advance if you do not wish to attend. There will be no cancelation fee charged if you decide to cancel 12 hours before the event start time, however if you fail to cancel your ticket/ reservation 6 hours before the event start time you will be charged the full general admission price.
